Your time is scheduled for you. If you are late, we regret we are unable to extend your appointment. We require 48 hours for a cancellation.

Arrival and Check-In:

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
• Upon arrival, our friendly staff will assist you with any necessary paperwork and provide a brief overview of your scheduled services.

 

Considerate Conduct:

• To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly request that guests speak softly and refrain from engaging in loud conversations or disruptive behavior.
• Please silence your cell phone and refrain from talking on your phone to minimize distractions for yourself and others

 

Attire and Dress Code:

• For your comfort and convenience, we provide slippers for use during your visit.
• We're delighted to offer a luxurious robe service for an additional fee of $20.00, providing you with the ultimate relaxation experience during your time with us. Should you wish to indulge in this premium service, simply inform our reception staff upon check-in, and they will be delighted to assist you.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for appointment changes. A $50 fee will be applied for cancellations made without adequate notice. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

 

Sensitivities:

• Out of consideration for guests with sensitivities, we recommend avoiding strong scents or perfumes during your visit.

 

Treatment Room Etiquette:

• Our experienced therapists are here to customize your experience to meet your individual needs and preferences.
• Please feel free to communicate any specific requests or concerns with your therapist before or during your treatment.
• During your treatment, we encourage you to relax and unwind in a peaceful atmosphere. If you have any discomfort or preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or music, please don't hesitate to inform your therapist.

 

Gratuities and Taxes:

• Gratuities and taxes are not included in your treatments. While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated for exceptional service. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so at reception upon check out.
